Director – Investor Partnerships

The successful candidate will be an early-stage joiner to the management team, who will focus on building out Calidris’ relationships with investors as well as 3rd party asset managers who Calidris engages on its capital partnership transactions. Calidris is expected to grow assets under management meaningfully over the next few years and is building a team to support its growth ambitions.
Manager, Finance and Operations
Bermuda
The successful candidate will support the build-out of the firm’s operational infrastructure, reporting processes and stakeholder servicing as Calidris scales its assets under management. The role offers broad exposure across operations, finance, reporting, service provider coordination, in-depth deal discussions and capital-raising support in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. The Finance and Operations Manager will report to and work closely with the Director of Finance & Operations.
Manager, Quantitative Strategies
Bermuda
The successful candidate will be primarily focused on the modelling and data infrastructure: supporting the buildout and running of the “engine room” that underpins deal negotiations, portfolio analytics and investor reporting. The Quantitative Strategies Manager will report to and work closely with the Director of Quantitative Financial Strategies.
